Piping Line Fabrication Pipe Spool Fitting Up Station Machine 8-24"

The Fitting up system can realize butt spot welding for pipe to flange, pipe to elbow, pipe to tee (transition pipe) and pipe to other fittings. In working, put the pipe on the manual lifting hydraulic support, and then put the fittings on multifunction platform which can adjust the position of fittings toward up/down or right/left directions to control the gaps between the pipe and fitting. The gaps are controlled by different baffle plates that can content different gap requirements, and guaranteed gap precision.

Product Features

1) Fast and multifunction fit-up fixture to content the fit-up requirement between the fitting and pipe;

2) The fixture uses mechanical transmission to adjust the position of fittings toward up/down or right/left to make operators fit up easily;

3) The gaps of fit-up are realized by baffle plates. Trough choosing different sizes of battle plates, it can meet different requirements of gaps to guaranteed the gap precision;

4) The fit-up system also can be used in manual root welding.
